摘要

目的:总结近5年来针刺对缺血性脑损伤分子水平的保护作用的研究进展

为今后的科研、临床提供参考依据。方法:从抗兴奋毒性、抗自由基损伤、抑制细胞因子、防止细胞内钙超载和抑制细胞凋亡等方面

对近5年来针刺对分子水平抗缺血性脑损伤作用的有关文献作一综述报道。结论:针刺对缺血性脑损伤有多方面的保护作用

其内在联系和共同机制有待进一步探讨。
