摘要

目的:观察针刺夹脊穴配合梅花针叩刺拔罐放血治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将78例溃疡性结肠炎的患者随机分为两组

治疗组采用针刺夹脊穴配合梅花针叩刺拔罐放血治疗;对照组采用西药保留灌肠治疗。两组均治疗30天后现察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。且治疗组一年复发率13.6％明显低于对照组60.0％。结论:针刺夹脊穴配合梅花针叩刺拔罐放血治疗溃疡性结肠炎

能有效提高该病的治愈率

降低复发率。
