摘要

目的 :探讨在胚胎移植前后针刺治疗对怀孕率的影响。方法 :将 10 0例接受体外受精(IVF)或卵母细胞单精子注射 (ICSI)的患者随机分成针刺组和对照组

针刺组在胚胎移植前后行体针和耳针针刺进行干预

非针刺对照组同一般的治疗周期

观察两组的怀孕率。结果 :针刺组 5 0例中 2 3例临床妊娠

怀孕率 4 6 0 % ;对照组 5 0例中 13例临床妊娠

怀孕率 2 6 0 %

针刺组怀孕率显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺治疗在现代助孕技术中可能有助于提高怀孕率
