摘要

目的:探讨时间因素在针刺治疗中的作用。方法:治疗组42例

采用逢时(辰时

即上午7～9时)针灸治疗2型糖尿病;对照组41例

采用除辰时外的任何时间随到随针治疗本病。结果:治疗组有效率为90.5％

对照组为73.2％(P<0.05)。结论:逢时针灸治疗的方法疗效较好

可以避免出现口服降糖药物导致的毒副作用

同时具有治疗或预防并发症的特点。
