摘要

目的:为了深入研究非血管性经络的实质——皮肤交感神经敏感线或皮肤交感物质富集线。方法:以125I一酪氨酸为示踪剂

用宏观放射自显影的方法。结果:显示出大鼠皮肤中存在纵贯全身的系列交感物质分布线

连续清晰

左右对称

在头部和肢体末端形成环路。在沿物质分布线经过的背上部切断皮肤

可以显著阻断针刺“足三里”产生的针刺效应

表明这些交感物质分布线就是针刺信号的传递线。结论:皮肤交感神经敏感线的假说得到了形态学的证明

或者说经络的形态学基础已经显现出来。
