摘要

目的 :探讨石氏发泡膏治疗慢性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效及其治疗机理。方法 :将 6 7例患者随机分为发泡组和药物注射组进行对照治疗观察。结果 :发泡组有效率为 10 0 0 %

药物注射组有效率为 86 7%

两组有效率之间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;但两组治愈率之间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :发泡组治愈率优于药物注射组

且无不良反应
