摘要

目的:探讨穴位埋线加灸延缓衰老的疗效及其可能机理。方法:利用小鼠吸入臭氧(O3)制造衰老模型。在其造模过程中

实施穴位埋线加灸治疗

9周后检测小鼠全血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性

肝组织丙二醛(MDA)的含量

并用彗星实验(comet assay)检测肝脾组织细胞DNA氧化损伤的程度。结果:经穴位埋线加灸治疗后

与模型组相比

小鼠全血SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05)

肝组织MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01);脾细胞DNA拖尾率显著下降(P<0.05)

拖尾尾长显著减短(P<0.01);但肝细胞DNA损伤的拖尾率和拖尾尾长无显著变化(P>0.05

P>0.05)。结论:穴位埋线加灸能提高机体抗自由基氧化损伤的能力

减轻脾细胞DNA损伤程度

达到延缓衰老的目的

但其作用的组织器官存在一定的特异性。
