摘要

目的 :探讨针刺治疗脑卒中急性期的有效性。方法 :选择 1 0 4例连续住院患者

并等量随机分成两组。针刺选百会、三阴交、太溪、血海、丰隆、足三里及配穴治疗

每周 5次

平均 3～ 4周。定期用神经功能缺损量表 (MESSS)

日常生活能力量表 (BarthelIndex)进行评定。结果 :两组MESSS的积分变化相比差异存在显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )

两组BarthelIndex量表积分变化相比差异无显著性意义(P >0 0 5 )。结论 :残损水平针刺疗效明显

在残疾水平即患者日常生活能力方面可能有改善
