摘要

1 临床资料共治疗产后缺乳和哺乳期结乳39例

其中初产妇20例

经产妇19例;年龄最小23岁

最大41岁;病程最短2天

最长30天;结乳18例

缺乳21例。一般生育后1周乳汁不下为缺乳;乳汁按时来

因情绪或某种因素而乳停者为结乳

均属此文范围。乳房柔软

乳窍通畅而无乳或乳汁特少者

为气血不足型;乳房胀满

或有肿块、压痛

挤之不出乳

或出乳孔不足4个者

为乳窍闭塞

属气血壅滞型。
