摘要

目的:探讨留针时间与疗效的关系。方法:将85例顽固性呃逆患者按就诊时间随机分为两组

观察组采用延长留针时间的方法治疗

对照组采用常规针刺的方法治疗。结果:观察组治愈率为88.9％(其中虚证治愈率为85.3％)

对照组治愈率为65.0％(其中虚证治愈率为53.3％)。经X2检验

两组疗效差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:延长留针时间治疗顽固性呃逆疗效高。对于虚证患者

留针时间长、病程短的治愈率明显高于常规留针时间及病程长者。
