摘要

目的 :探讨针刺抗衰老的作用机理。方法 :针刺老年大鼠的“足三里”“关元”穴

观察对脑、心、肝、肾组织中一氧化氮 (NO)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)变化以及对单核巨噬系统吞噬功能的影响。结果 :针刺能调节脑心肝肾组织中NO的含量 ;能提高脑心肝肾组织中抗氧化能力

使SOD的含量增高

MDA的含量降低 ;能提高单核巨噬系统的吞噬指数。结论 :针刺“足三里”“关元”穴有明显抗衰老作用
