摘要

目的:观察耳针沿皮透穴刺法对肩周炎的即时效应。方法:以耳穴肩一锁骨为主穴

以肘一肩、颈椎为配穴

进针后沿皮透刺

在留针期间让病人反复活动患部肩关节

观察124例肩周炎患者的即时(留针期间的30分钟内)效应。结果:在镇痛方面的总有效率为88.7％;在恢复肩关节功能障碍的总有效率为86.3％。结论:耳针沿皮透穴刺法是治疗肩周炎并能够快速见效的一种方法。
