摘要

目的:寻找提高治疗早期脑梗塞(CI)疗效的最佳方法。方法:60例早期CI患者

随机分A、B两组

B组采用CI早期常规药物治疗

A组在B组治疗基础上加用头针治疗

经1个疗程后

观察总结疗效及MDA含量的变化。结果:A组与B组治疗后神经功能较治疗前均明显好转

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)

MDA含量治疗前后对比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)

两组之间的差异亦有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗前后MDA含量与功能评分均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:A组疗效优于B组

提示头针应用于CI早期治疗时

对MDA及神经功能改善成正相关关系。
