摘要

方法:根据湿疹面积大小

局部用4～8支1～1.5寸毫针围刺

行泻法。再针尺泽、合谷穴

用泻法。对于脾虚湿盛苔腻脉濡者

加取三阴交、公孙、足三里穴

用平补平泻手法;胃热邪实苔黄脉洪大者

加取足三里、中脘、内关

用泻法;肺热苔黄脉浮数者

加取太渊、列缺

用泻法;肝火亢盛苔黄脉弦者

加取太冲、行间、三阴交

用泻法;肾水不足苔少脉细沉者

加取太溪、肾俞

用补法。针后用艾条灸湿疹部位15～20分钟。每日治疗1次.10次为一疗程。
