摘要

目的 :通过实时定量检测手段和频谱分析方法得到了临床常用 6种针刺手法的运针主频率。方法 :采用笔者研制的临床针灸针体实时受力监测系统

分别检测了在人活体和新鲜猪肉上运用提插和捻转等 6种手法时针体的受力状况。结果 :在人体曲池穴上运用这些基本针刺手法的主频率参数较为集中

范围为 0 6 0～ 1 80Hz

平均值约为 1 2 0Hz。补法与泻法在主频率上有较大的差异。在人体上的主频率平均值约为 1 2 0Hz

在猪肉上的仅为 0 5 0Hz左右

差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :1 2 0Hz这个频率平均值

可以认为是一个有规律的得气指标和参数。
