摘要

目的:为揭示穴位的立体形态结构

提供穴位的相关精细形态图像资料。方法:采用人体定穴标本的断面切割方法

结合计算机图像的采集、处理和配准方法。结果:建立人体标定穴位后的逐层断面解剖图片库(1058张)

研究了穴位断面的定轴配准的免配准、内轴中心配准、相邻图片配准和模式识别方法

为穴位断面标本图像处理提供了较详细的分析和处理方法。结论:为穴位的三维重构研究和其他相关的系统形态学研究奠定基础。
