摘要

针灸学发展缓慢甚至停滞不前的原因

除外部因素外

与其自身存在的缺陷有密切关系

如基础理论认识不够统一

理论指导临床待完善

理论层次欠分明

独门绝技只可意会

医师成长期太长

常见病种所占份额太少

疑难杂症效果欠稳定等。这些因素制约了整个理论体系的现代化进程

并使针灸学无法像其它学科一样按“昨天的理论

今天的技术

明天的产品”的轨迹发展。针灸学发展必须遵循自然科学发展的基本规律

选择“明天的产品”为突破口

具体可从贴敷、诊断治疗器械、针灸血清等目前已崭露苗头的领域开始。
