摘要

目的 :观察六节通络仪对原发性高血压患者血浆心钠素 (ANF)的影响。方法 :对 35例原发性高血压患者用六节通络仪治疗 14天

于治疗前 1天及治疗 14天后的早晨

用放射免疫法测定血浆ANF

并与 16名健康者作比较。结果 :治疗组治疗前ANF水平与对照组比较明显增高 (P <0 0 1)

治疗后收缩压及血浆ANF的水平与治疗前比较有非常明显降低 (P <0 0 1)

舒张压较治疗前亦有明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :六节通络仪治疗原发性高血压效果确切且依从性良好。
