摘要

39例患者中

年龄最小28岁

最大40岁;病程最短2个月

最长2年。全部经肝肾功能检查排除了营养不良及肝肾功能不全引起的水肿。取穴:复溜（在小腿内侧

太溪直上2寸

跟腱的前方）。方法:患者取仰卧位

局部常规消毒

用30号1.5寸毫针垂直刺入穴位1寸许

得气后

上提至皮下

然后再次插入使针尖指向膝关节方向（即与足少阴肾经循行方向一致）。留针半小时

留针期间

行针2次。全部于月经前8～10天开始治疗

连续针刺5～7次

经行停止治疗

共治疗3个月
