摘要

目的 :探讨电针加穴位注射治疗老年慢性乙型肝炎的机理。方法 :选取双侧肝俞、胆俞、足三里、阳陵泉、三阴交、太冲穴

加连续波电刺激

同时选取上述穴位中的四穴用黄芪注射液进行穴位注射

治疗 3个月。结果 :肝纤维化指标明显下降

透明质酸 (HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原 (PCⅢ )、层粘连蛋白 (LN)与治疗前比较P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1。结论 :电针加穴位注射可阻止慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的形成和发展。
