综述近 10年来针灸改善心肌缺血作用机理研究。针灸通过中枢神经系统、心血管活性物质、心肌局部调节及抗氧自由基等方面作用

改善心肌缺血后心脏血流动力学紊乱

促进心肌恢复正常代谢

调整心肌收缩力

纠正心律失常。今后

针灸改善心肌缺血的机理研究可进一步深入到细胞水平和分子水平
