目的:观察针刺治疗老年良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法:采用针刺方法

穴取中极、归来、太冲、三阴交

治疗24次为一疗程

共160例。采用国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)和生活质量评定指数(L)

在治疗前后分别记录患者的I-PSS和L。结果:160例患者治疗前I-PSS积分为23.4±5.8分

L积分为4.4±0.5分

治疗后I-PSS积分为10.2±5.1分

L积分为1.3±1.2分

治疗前后I-PSS和L积分的差异均有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺治疗可缓解前列腺增生的临床症状

提高患者生活质量。
