摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗高血压病(EH)的机理。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例)。治疗组给以针刺太冲、足三里、丰隆、三阴交、关元穴;对照组单纯采用改善生活方式等措施治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组血压(BP)、空腹血胰岛素(FIns)、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)水平下降

胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)升高(P<0.05

P<0.01);两组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:针刺疗法能够改善高血压病IR

与其改善BMI、WHR有一定关系。
