摘要

目的:探讨针刺与刺络放血治疗脑梗塞恢复期的作用机制。方法:将60例脑梗塞恢复期患者分为刺络放血治疗组和针刺治疗组

分别在治疗第30天、第60天进行临床病类积分和有关的凝血指标作阶段性评价。结果:刺络放血不仅能够显著改善脑梗塞恢复期患者的临床症状(P<0.01)

还能够显著改善患者凝血功能(P<0.01)。与对照组相比

对凝血系统的影响

差异有非常显著的意义(P<0.01)。结论:刺络放血和针刺对凝血和抗凝血系统的影响存在着不同的机制

刺络放血能够更加迅速、明显地改善凝血和抗凝血的功能。
