摘要

目的:探求针刺麻醉在鼻息肉摘除手术中的应用效果。方法:患者 60例随机分成针刺麻醉组（针麻组）和药物麻醉组（对照组）各30例进行对比研究。结果:针麻组的Ⅰ级率为 36.67％

Ⅱ级率63.33％;对照组的Ⅰ级率33.33％

Ⅱ级率66.67％。经统计学处理

P>0.05

两组差异无显著性意义。结论:针麻达到了药麻的临床效果

表明了针麻的实用性和可靠性及优越性。
