摘要

目的 :探讨一氧化氮 (NO)与庆大霉素穴位注射信息传递的关系。方法 :采用银环三电极引导胃电

计算机采集分析胃电

观察用一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)抑制剂L 硝基精氨酸 (L NNA)、NO前体L 精氨酸 (L Arg)预处理后

“足三里”穴注射庆大霉素对胃电的影响。结果 :庆大霉素“足三里”穴、静脉注射均可明显抑制胃电 ;L NNA预处理后

庆大霉素对胃电的抑制作用显著减弱

与庆大霉素“足三里”穴组比较

差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;L Arg预处理后

庆大霉素对胃电有明显的抑制作用

与L NNA预处理组比较

差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1)

但与庆大霉素“足三里”穴组比较

差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :庆大霉素穴位注射传递穴位药效的物质基础可能有NO的参与
