目的:对比现察头皮针与药物治疗经前期紧张综合征的临床疗效

寻找治疗该病的最佳方法。方法:将66例病人随机分成头皮针组35例、药物组31例

头皮针组主穴取额中线、顶中线

再根据不同的症状配穴治疗;药物组口服安宫黄体酮

治疗3月观察比较2组的疗效。结果:头皮针组与药物组疗效比较

差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论:头皮针治疗该病的临床疗效优于药物。
