摘要

目的 :观察透穴为主治疗无先兆偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 :将 148例无先兆偏头痛患者随机分为透穴电针组 87例

西药颅痛定组 6 1例

经治疗 4 5天后

停止 2个月再观察疗效进行对照。结果 :透穴电针组总有效率 71 3%

对照组 4 2 6 %

二者疗效差别有非常显著性意义 (χ2 =12 12

P<0 0 1)。结论 :透穴电针法对无先兆偏头痛是一种安全方便、疗效显著的治疗方法
