目的 :优选脑梗死手功能障碍针刺治疗方案。方法 :以脑梗死手功能障碍患者为观察对象

以Fugl Meyer肢体运动功能积分为指标

应用正交设计法

对影响脑硬死针刺疗效的 4因素 3水平搭配组合方案进行优选。结果 :在脑梗死病程 3天内

采用头穴加阴阳经体穴交替的针刺方法

可以获得相对最佳的手功能Fugl Meyer积分效应。结论 :对于所考察的因素和水平来说

前述方案即为脑梗死手功能障碍的针刺治疗优选方案
