摘要

目的:观察按时取穴治疗窦性心动过速的即时效应。方法:将90例窦性心动过速且符合中医惊悸(气阴亏虚型)的患者

随机分为灵龟八法按时取穴组、常规辨证取穴组及空白对照组

每组30例

分别于治疗前后进行心率、血流动力学相关指标的测定。结果:灵龟八法组心率下降显坐(P<0.05)

较空白对照组差异有非常显著意义(P<0.001)

较常规辩证取穴组差异不明显(P>O.05)

对血流动力学的各项指标均有明显改善(P<0.05)

改善值较常规辨证取穴组差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:灵龟八法按时取穴治疗窦性心动过速可以取得较好的即时效应。
