目的 :探讨不同时辰施灸的效应差异。方法 :以阳虚小鼠模型为观察对象

以白细胞介素Ⅱ(IL 2 )活性为观测指标

在十二个时辰里进行艾灸。结果 :阳虚小鼠模型在十二个时辰里 (IL 2 )活性各不相同

未时最高

丑时最低

两者相比

有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。艾灸可显著提高阳虚小鼠IL 2活性

寅时最大

亥时最小

有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :不同时辰艾灸对阳虚小鼠模型的IL 2活性的影响存在差异
