摘要

目的:探讨针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征的规律及疗效。方法:以中医辨证论治为原则进行针灸治疗。主穴:百会、内关、足三里。以BELL氏慢性疲劳综合征积分表为观察指标。结果:临床治愈23.7％

显效55.3％

有效13.1％

无效7.9％

总有效率92.1％。经统计学处理

治疗前后BELL氏积分差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:针灸能有效地治疗慢性疲劳综合征。
