摘要

目的 :研究调神益肾针法对更年期雌性大鼠内分泌的调节作用机制。方法 :应用放射免疫分析技术检测血清雌二醇 (estradiol

E2 )、卵泡刺激素 (follicularstimulatinghormone

FSH)和黄体生成素 (luteinizinghormone

LH)的水平。结果 :16月龄雌性大鼠血清E2 水平降低

FSH和LH升高。经调神益肾针法干预后

血清E2 水平升高

FSH和LH水平下降

三者重新达到稳态。结论 :有效地调整下丘脑垂体卵巢轴可能是调神益肾针法治疗更年期综合征的重要机制。
