摘要

目的 :比较 3种不同方法对脑血栓患者低血压的疗效。方法 :选择脑血栓病人伴低血压者6 8例

由CT或MRI确诊

排除心排血量不足、血容量不足所致低血压及基础血压偏低者

观察电针、静滴生脉、口服管通对血压的作用及对脑血栓的疗效。结果 :病程第 7日血压开始明显回升

第14日达高峰

以生脉组最为显著 ;病程第 2 8日

神经功能缺失评分比较

以电针组效果最好。结论 :电针及生脉疗法对血压的提升有较好疗效 ;电针对脑血栓病人的预后优于生脉组
