摘要

目的:研究穴位磁疗法对脑卒中运动功能障碍的治疗作用。方法:将符合条件的100例患者随机分成磁疗组(穴取头部运动区和/或病灶相应头皮投影区及体穴)、电针组(穴取头部运动区、足运感区及体穴)各50例

进行临床观察。结果:磁疗组的总有效率为90.0％

电针组为74.0％(P<0.05)。且Brunnstrom、Barthel指数分级、手功能综合评价和步行能力评价等指标的改善

磁疗组均明显优于电针组(P<0.05)。结论:说明穴位磁疗法配合穴位治疗对脑卒中运动功能障碍的康复有明显效果。
