摘要

目的:对影响针灸疗效时间因素之一的不同间隔时间进行比较。方法:将45例原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为3组

采用针灸疗法

分别每周治疗1次

2次

3次

共治疗6个月。于治疗前后分别检测腰椎和股骨骨密度

比较3组之间对骨密度的改善程度。结果:每周1次治疗组骨密度无变化

每周2次治疗组和3次治疗组均能提高腰椎和股骨骨密度

而且两组之间疗效无差异。结论:在使用针灸治疗原发性骨质疏松症时

每周2次和3次的治疗频率即能提高骨密度。
