摘要

方法:选用外科大号皮肤缝合三角针

扳直后消毒

用其对选定穴进行挑刺治疗。选穴:阿是穴为主

患者取俯卧位

踝前垫一枕

仔细寻找足跟部痛点或敏感点。操作:用中号持针钳平行夹住针头

局部消毒后

依病人耐受程度

可用利多卡因于术点注一皮丘

左手绷紧该点皮肤

右手持针

刃部顺着肌筋膜方向挑刺约0.5cm创口（避开浅静脉）

并以此口为入口

进一步挑断创口内筋膜

如重压痛可挑深一些

痛点较宽时可将针斜挑断创口内周边筋膜

直至挑刺该区无阻力为度

让其流血1～3ml

术后用弹力创可贴封贴伤口

使挑破口皮肤对合。每次挑1～4点

5天挑1次

挑刺3次后统计疗效。
