《伤寒论》中，运用针灸的有３１条，其中病在　三阳用针刺，病在三阴用灸法颇具特色。病在三阳者，多系外邪初中，正气未衰的实证或热　证，宜用针刺，以泄热邪；病在三阴者，宜用灸法，以温中散寒。本文对《伤寒论》阳证宜　针，阴证宜灸规律进行了探讨。
