摘要

目的 :探讨针灸治疗肺心病的可能机制。方法 :将 30例慢性肺心病患者随机分为 2组

分别用针灸及西医方法治疗

并于治疗前后检测血浆内皮素 1(ET 1)的含量。结果 :针灸治疗组及西药组治疗前后ET 1差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)

治疗后两组间差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :针灸可以有效降低慢性肺心病急性发作期患者血浆内皮素水平

并与西药组疗效相当
