摘要

目的 :观察和对比针刺与西药治疗血管性头痛的疗效。方法 :患者 178例按随机法分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组患者以远近配穴法

循经选穴施以针刺 ;对照组给以临床西医常规治疗。结果 :治疗组痊愈率 6 1 11%

总有效率 86 5 1% ;对照组痊愈率 38 89%

总有效率 70 83%

两组治愈率及总有效率差异均存在显著性意义。结论 :针刺疗效优于西药

并具有起效快、镇痛时间长等特点
