摘要

针刺阴阳跷脉为主治疗失眠治法:主穴取申脉、照海;配穴根据辨证分型:心脾两虚型加心俞、脾俞;心肾不交型加肾俞、心俞、太溪;胃腑不和型加胃俞、足三里;肝胆火旺型加肝俞、胆俞、行间。随症配穴:眩晕加风池;健忘加百会、志室;多梦加厉兑、隐白。厉兑、隐白三棱针点刺放血

余穴常规针刺。针刺方法:患者俯卧位

双侧取穴

常规消毒直刺法
