摘要

方法：将２００例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为治　疗组、对照组各１００例，观察两组临床症状针刺前后疗效以及两组穴位针刺疗效的对比。　结果：治疗组（Ⅰ组）临床自觉症状及前列腺液检查均较对照组（Ⅱ组）有明　显改善；且治疗组针刺疗效有效率为１００％，较对照组的９１％差异有显著性意义（Ｐ　＜０．０１）。结论：针刺阴茎根部４穴配合相关穴位的方法对慢性前列腺炎　具有明显的治疗效果。
