摘要

方法 :将 2 36例缺血性卒中患者随机分为头穴植线结合药物治疗 118例 (治疗组 )与单纯药物治疗 118例 (对照组 )进行对比观察。结果 :治疗组临床疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;治疗组病程在 10天以内者疗效优于 11～ 30天和 1个月以上者 (P <0 0 1

年龄在 5 0岁以下者疗效优于 5 1～ 70岁和 71岁以上者 (P <0 0 5

P <0 0 1)

不完全性偏瘫者疗效优于完全性偏瘫者(P <0 0 1)。结论 :头穴植线结合药物治疗该病疗效确切

病程短、年龄小、不完全性偏瘫者疗效高

反之

疗效次之
