摘要

分析了针灸治疗面瘫无效病例的原因；提出了　可能导致面瘫后遗症的因素。从早期诊断，及时治疗，双侧取穴，注重手法，刺激适度，慎　用激素等方面，对防治面瘫后遗症进行了探讨。
