摘要

胸、腰椎压缩性骨折常见于老年患者

多发于T11～L2。临床表现为受伤的椎节两侧疼痛难忍

难以站立。笔者2年来

采用电针治疗单纯胸腰椎压缩性骨折10例

疗效满意

现报道如下。1 一般资料本组10例均为住院病例

男3例

女7例;年龄最小54岁

最大86岁;病程最短2小时

最长3天。其中2例男性为车祸所致

其余均为跌伤。所有患者均以胸腰部剧烈疼痛

难以站立就诊

入院前未经任何治疗

治疗前经X线摄片明确诊断。
