摘要

目的 :确定针灸治疗周围性面瘫

较为标准和确切的治疗方案。方法 :将 10 6例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组根据不同的面神经变性程度采用不同的针灸治法。对照组采用常规针灸治疗。结果 :两种方法总有效率分别为 10 0 0 %和 91 7%。治愈率治疗组 87 1%

对照组5 5 6 %

有明显的差别 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :面神经变性程度在周围性面瘫治疗和预后中起着非常重要的作用。根据神经变性程度采用不同的针灸疗法能明显提高治愈率
