目的 :观察不同针刺方法的临床疗效。方法 :将 10 8例急性脑卒中引发心脏损伤患者随机分为针刺治疗组和针刺对照组各 5 4例

分别于治疗前后进行神经功能缺损程度评定及心电图检查。结果 :针刺治疗组对急性脑卒中引发心脏损伤患者神经功能及心电图的改善优于针刺对照组。结论 :针刺内关、水沟等穴对急性脑卒中患者引发的心脏损伤具有明显的保护作用
