摘要

目的 :探讨针刺加穴位注射治疗化疗药物致骨髓抑制的可行性、有效性。方法 :对 110例恶性肿瘤动脉化疗术的病人行术后骨髓抑制期穴位 (足三里、三阴交、血海、关元、气海 )针刺和针刺加地塞米松 5mg注射治疗。结果 :针刺治疗和针刺加药物注射均有效的改善化疗后骨髓抑制

针刺穴注组治疗疗效更佳。结论 :穴位针刺可以有效的刺激骨髓因化疗药物所致的急性短期抑制

针刺加注射可以有效地缩短治疗时间及外周血的低血象期

二者结合具有明显的协同作用效果

降低了治疗费用
