摘要

方法：将痛风性关节炎患者７８例随机分为针刺治疗组４８例　和　药物对照组３０例，观察其临床疗效和两组治疗前与治疗１个月后血清尿酸的变化。　结果：显示针刺组总有效率为９５．８％，明显优于对照组８６．７％；两组治疗１个月后　血清尿酸均有明显下降，但针刺组下降程度明显优于对照组。结论：针　刺治疗痛风性关节炎的作用是通过调整机体尿酸的代谢等途径实现的。
