摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗急性脑卒中引发心脏损伤的机制

观察不同腧穴组方的疗效差异。方法:将100例急性脑卒中引发心脏损伤患者随机分为2组

针刺现察组50例

针刺对照组50例。观察治疗前、后2周急性脑卒中引发心脏损伤患者血浆ET、血清NO含量的变化。结果:急性脑卒中引发心脏损伤患者血浆ET、血清NO含量显著高于健康对照组。针刺观察组治疗1周、2周后

血浆ET、血清NO含量明显降低

其改善程度明显优于对照组。结论:针刺可良性调整急性脑卒中引发心脏损伤患者血中ET、NO水平

维持神经内分泌体液平衡

保护受损心肌

并且不同的选穴组方

其疗效有显著的差异。
